Reviews and Ratings
The resort has a lot of potential with its beautiful location and family-friendly amenities. The beachfront apartments offer fantastic views and plenty of space. However, the customer service was lackluster, which detracted from our overall experience. While the activities for kids were great, the dining options and service could definitely use some improvement.
My stay at the resort was a mixed bag overall. On the positive side, the local staff were welcoming and the snorkeling experiences were a highlight. However, I was disappointed with the room conditions and the dining options. While the beach views were lovely, the sandy areas were not as pristine as I'd hoped, especially during low tide. The resort could certainly improve in several areas.
Mana Island Resort has some charming aspects, like beautiful beaches and a variety of activities, making it a lovely place to unwind. However, the quality of the rooms and dining facilities did not meet my expectations, and service issues took away from the experience. It can be a good escape, but be prepared for some inconveniences.
Mana Island was a delightful experience, offering beautiful beaches and an all-inclusive dining option that really impressed me with its quality. The staff were warm and welcoming, adding to the family-friendly atmosphere. However, I experienced frustration with transfer costs and unexpected food expenses, which left a sour note on an otherwise enjoyable stay.
Mana Resort is a beautiful escape with stunning beaches and a warm, inviting atmosphere. The unique rooms and local charm provide an authentic Fijian experience that I loved. However, some areas could use a bit of maintenance, and there were times when the service felt a bit slow. Despite that, the friendly staff and amazing views made my stay enjoyable.
